Hussein Traders CC is a registered South African wholesale and import business supplying household goods, crockery, kitchenware, and related products to franchise businesses, retail chains, distributors, and bulk buyers.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful business purposes. You will not:

• Use the Site to transmit any harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content from this Site without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority.

Quote requests submitted through this Site are not binding orders until we confirm pricing and availability in writing. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any quote request at our discretion.
• Adjust pricing based on currency fluctuations, stock availability, and order quantities.
• Require minimum order quantities for certain products.
• Verify business credentials before processing wholesale orders.

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed in the quotation issued to you. Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis.

We deliver across South Africa via our logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, order size, and stock availability. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, customs, logistics partner delays).

We make every effort to display products accurately, including images, descriptions, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing or photography differences. Such variations do not constitute defects.

Returns and refunds for wholesale B2B orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with photographic evidence. Customized or specially imported items may not be returnable.

All content on this Site — including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and software — is the property of Hussein Traders CC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use any of it without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hussein Traders CC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data in compliance with POPIA.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
